This variety box contains two cookies of each flavor: 2 Chocolate Chip + 2 Double Chocolate + 2 Coffee Cake Cookies

  • Chocolate Chip Cookie: Dark and semi sweet non-dairy chocolate with a soft center and crispy outer edges. VG

  • Double Chocolate Chip Cookie: For the chocolate lover. It’s soft and brownie-like with high quality dark non-dairy chocolate chips. It is made without using any wheat. VG. Wheat-Free

  • Coffee Cake Cookie: A cinnamon-n-brown sugar topping swoops inside this soft pillow of a sugar cookie. It’s salty and sweet like a coffee cake should be. VG

Bakery 6 prides itself on using the finest local ingredients: SF’s Guittard Chocolate, Petaluma’s Miyoko’s European Vegan Butter; Petaluma’s Central Milling flour.

Packaging: Box is recyclable, 100% compostable with each pair of cookies wrapped in a plant-based cellophane, 100% compostable. The logo is hand stamped with algae ink. (Cookies are wrapped to keep the Double Chocolate Wheat-Free separate from the other wheat flour cookies).

    Ingredients: Organic Central Milling flour; non-dairy Guittard dark and semisweet chocolate chips; light brown sugar; Miyoko’s European vegan butter; granulated sugar; Bob’s Red Mill oat flour, almond milk; baking soda, baking powder; golden flaxseed meal; vanilla extract; salt.

    Contains: Organic Wheat; almond milk; cashews (Miyoko’s Euro vegan butter); flaxseed meal.

  • Double Chocolate Chip Cookie:

    Ingredients: Light brown sugar; non-dairy Guittard dark chocolate chips; Miyoko’s European vegan butter; granulated sugar; Bob’s Red Mill rice flour; Guiradelli’’s coco powder; Bob’s Red Mill chickpea fava bean flour; almond milk; golden flaxseed meal; Bob’s Red Mill baking powder; baking soda; salt; all natural Bob’s Red Mill xanthum gum.

    Contains: Almond milk; cashews (Miyoko’s Euro vegan butter); flaxseed.

  • Coffee Cake Cookie Ingredients:

    Organic Central Milling flour; Miyoko’s European vegan butter; granulated sugar; vanilla extract; Bob’s Red Mill baking soda; salt. Topping: granulated sugar; brown sugar; Pastry whole wheat flour; Miyoko’s European vegan butter; cinnamon; salt; cloves.

    Contains: Organic Wheat; almond milk; cashews (Miyoko’s Euro vegan butter).

MY KITCHEN: Bakery 6 has a Cottage Food Operations license with the County of Marin; Manager Food Safety Certified.

SHELF LIFE: Generally, cookies will be fresh for one week when kept in plant-based cellophane bags or air tight container, refrigeration to maximize their freshness.
