After Miyoko Schinner tried to buy back her company Nov. 7, 2025, and they did not choose her, I began recreating her original plant milk butter. January 8, 2026, I was successful!

I use my own version based upon multiple recipes by Miyoko Schinner. Ingredients: Fermented cashew milk (distilled water, cashews, vegan yogurt starter); refined coconut oil; refined avocado oil; salt; mushroom extract.
