Yes, I have several cookies that are vegan + gluten-free. I use a combination of chickpea and fava bean flour, sorghum flour, oat flour and/or rice flour to create a higher protein, iron and anti-oxxidant rich cookie. Please note that Bakery 6 is not certified Gluten Free.

I use the finest local ingredients, such as wheat flour that is grown in Utah and milled in Petaluma (Central Milling), all organic sugars, SF’s Guittard chocolate that is non-dairy, and I make my own vegan butter. The vegan butter is so delicious because it is made with cashews, refined coconut oil, avocado oil, salt and mushroom extract (based upon Miyoko Schinner’s recipe).
