Double Chocolate Chip Cookie (GF): For the chocolate lover. It’s soft and brownie-like with dark non-dairy chocolate chip chunks. It is always made without using any wheat. This special brownie-like cookie is made with gluten-free rice flour and garbanzo fava bean flour. VG GF

Bakery 6 prides itself on using the finest local ingredients: SF’s Guittard Chocolate, Petaluma’s Miyoko’s European Vegan Butter; Petaluma’s Central Milling flour. I know you can take the difference, which is exactly why I use them. Plus, it’s really fun to support our local economy.

Packaging: Box is recyclable, 100% compostable with each pair of cookies wrapped in a plant-based cellophane, 100% compostable. The logo is hand stamped with algae ink.

Ingredients: Light brown sugar; Guittard non-dairy dark chocolate chips; Miyoko’s European vegan butter; granulated sugar; Bob’s Red Mill rice flour; Guiradelli’’s coco powder; Bob’s Red Mill chickpea fava bean flour; almond milk; golden flaxseed meal; Bob’s Red Mill baking powder; baking soda; salt; Bob’s Red Mill all natural xanthum gum.

Contains: Almond milk; cashews (Miyoko’s European vegan butter); flaxseed.

MY KITCHEN: Bakery 6 has a Cottage Food Operations license with the County of Marin; Manager Food Safety Certified.

SHELF LIFE: Generally, cookies will be fresh for one week when kept in plant-based cellophane bags or air tight container, refrigeration to maximize their freshness.
