Bakery 6 began as an online, preorder and delivery home licensed bakery on June 6, 2025. October 2025, it won Comfort Food Champ for the Vegan Chef Challenge for the Pumpkin White Chocolate Cookie. May 2026, it received the award for “I Can’t Believe It’s Vegan” for the Vegan Chef Challenge for the Campfire Cookie.

Currently, Bakery 6’s super yummy vegan cookies can be found at the Sunday Marin Farmers Market from April through October 11, 2026, every other Sunday. See Market page for details.

Valentine's Day Box: Raspberry Dark Chocolate, Shortbread with Strawberry sprinkles, Italian Almond Cookie with Amarena Cherry (gf), Double Chocolate Cookie (gf), Coffee Cake Cookie. All vegan with 2 cookies being wheat-free.

November 2025, I started to learn how to make vegan butter following Miyoko Schinner's many recipes online. By January 2026, I had perfected the recipe-it is delicious!

Learning how to make fermented cashew milk, cashew kefir, for vegan butter.

Pink Lady Apple Crumb Top. This is so incredible. I only make it when Pink Lady Apples are in season in the Autumntime.

October is Pumpkin Spice time! Pumpkin White Chocolate Chip won the Vegan Chef Challenge Award for Comfort Food Champ 2025.

Double Chocolate Cookie (gf) Wheat-Free. It's for the chocolate lovers. No one knows it's vegan.

My first Favorite-Coffee Cake Cookie (v). Vanilla cookie with an old fashioned coffee cake strudel topping.

People really do say that when they taste the Campfire Cookie.

Thank you, Vegan Chef Challenge Marin. This was so fun. All sorts of chefs and restaurant owners participated. I loved meeting them and the VCC staff and volunteers at the awards ceremony.
