Celebrating Bakery 6’s First Year

June 6, 2025, Bakery 6 began as an ONLINE ONLY Delivery/Pick Up home cottage bakery located in San Anselmo, California. Then, in April of this year, Bakery 6 was selected to be in the Incubator Program with AIM at the Sunday Marin Farmers Market, every other Sunday from April to October 2026. Currently, I have paused the delivery as I am learning how to scale up, as well as continue the production of my own vegan butter (Thank you, Miyoko Schinner for sharing all your recipes).
